Director of Digital Marketing, Business Acceleration


Responsibilities:
Own Business Acceleration Digital Marketing department vision, goals, and budget, ensuring the team is supported and successful in bringing brand initiatives to fruition Oversee the Business Acceleration digital marketing team and serve as a strategic leader, accountable for strategy of digital marketing campaigns, site optimization, and go to market digital strategy for Business Acceleration, US and International Set financial, operational, and quality metrics for digital marketing campaigns, in partnership with channel owners and brand stakeholders Responsible for collaborating with brand stakeholders to create annual strategic and tactical digital marketing plans that inform the content, social media, advertising, and creative strategy across paid/organic channels, allowing us to scale media efficiently, and unlock new opportunities for customer growth Strategically coordinate with BA brand stakeholders to implement and activate targeted marketing campaigns Strategically plan and monitor marketing vendor relationships such as CRM and CPC Advertising Inform development of Business Acceleration KPI dashboard Lead digital marketing business partners to report on brand marketing initiatives, delivering campaign effectiveness metrics to push brand growth and recognition across the BA business Measure effectiveness of the digital marketing department and implement improvements. Manage organic social, SEO, and paid marketing strategy Track and evaluate paid and organic program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements to ensure marketing is most effective to exceed strategic goals Partner with brand marketing stakeholders to improve brand awareness and positioning Oversee execution of new product and franchise launches and landing pages Work closely with brands and content teams to develop a content strategy and calendar inclusive of editorial copy that best executes against our integrated digital strategy to ensure continuity across channels Collaborate with content, creative, and product management teams to execute ideas, while implementing tactics on time and within budget. Maintain effective partnerships with IT, product management, external agencies, brand partners, analytics and creative to foster cross-functional collaboration to define marketing solutions. Work closely with digital marketing business partners and Marketing Communication teams to implement content best practices across brand sites and marketing:
test, learn, and optimize Oversee Business Acceleration web experience Managed Services, prioritizing monthly bug fixes and site enhancements across Brands based upon business impact and budgets Collaborate with content and channel teams to find innovative creative uses for existing and emerging social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Live, Reels & TV, TikTok, etc) Experience 10
years of experience in brand marketing Digital marketing experience
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
