Due to our Firms continuous growth, we are looking for an Audit Manager Accountant to provide timely, accurate and reliable completion of client engagements, while ensuring delivery is consistent with principal/partner and client expectations. This role requires the ability to work in a changeable client-service environment by asking the right questions, being effective listeners and communicators, and providing creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise. As part of our talented team of audit accountants, you will be contributing to the overall successful completion of audit engagements. Responsibilities Overall successful completion of client engagements including but not limited to compilations, reviews, and compliance. Develop understanding of client's business and aspects of client's industry. Prepare clear and concise working papers and financial statements. Generate reports which identify and address areas of significant risk and evaluate overall effectiveness of operations. Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Develop effective working relationships with internal and external clients. Assist with development and retention of clients, including the ability to cross-sell services. Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality. Deliver projects/engagements on time, within budget and to client's satisfaction. Supervise and mentor junior staff inclusive of oversight on client engagements and providing evaluative feedback. Ability to work independently on bookkeeping and account reconciliations both in the office and at client locations. Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations. Perform month end closings. Qualifications Required Qualifications CPA Certification 6
year of audit accounting experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work outside of normal business hours at peak client service deadlines Ability to travel to client sites Preferred Qualifications Self-starter with the ability to handle and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Hours of Operation Our office hours are 8:

00 p.m. Our summer hours are 8:

00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:
00 a.m. to noon on Friday. The ability to work additional hours during busy season is critical, but the rest of the year, flexibility is key.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Auditing & Compliance, AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
