As a Certified PCA/HHA, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance and support to clients in their homes. Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments or social outings. You will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and well-being, and provide companionship and emotional support. Qualifications Certification as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Experience in providing personal care assistance to individuals in a home health care setting Knowledge of proper hygiene and infection control practices Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Compassionate and patient demeanor Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Recommended Skills Communication Confidentiality Hardworking And Dedicated Home Care Housekeeping Infection Control Apply to this job.
