Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members by assisting with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution - Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments - Promote and sell financial products and services to meet member needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance their overall banking experience - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to maximize member satisfaction and revenue - Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies - Assist with fraud prevention and detection measures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency - Knowledge of bank products and services is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
