Our dedicated team delivers excellent service to support high quality patient care to patients of all ages.
Our five offices are located in:
Williamsville, Kenmore, Lancaster, and Wheatfield.
We are looking to add qualified, full time Patient Service Representative's to expand our telephone service.
A caring and friendly demeanor with superior telephone etiquette, dependability and attention to detail are must have qualifications for this position.
Assigned office location will be limited, but the ability to work among the five locations is an expectation on occasion.
Work hours are day time with 1 evening shift per week M-F.
Rate of compensation is based on relevant experience and skills.
Primary Functions:
Provide a high level of service to maintain patient satisfaction Maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment Answer a high volume of phone calls Field general inquiries about PCWNY Register new patients with the practice Verify patient's insurance and demographic information Schedule patient appointments using the electronic health record Collaborate and communicate with Providers, Nurses and Billers Benefits include(Full-Time):
