Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, competent in prioritizing and working with minimal supervision.
Have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner, while maintaining a professional and friendly personal.
Duties:
Project administration including preparation of construction subcontract agreements, change orders, and lien waivers.
Accounts Payable - review, analyze & input invoices from vendors and subcontractors into accounting software.
Assist with the preparation of checks and payments to vendors.
Support accounting procedures (A/P, Payroll) Maintain subcontractor certificates of insurance in document management system.
Work with estimating department to facilitate email invitations to bid, prepare bid forms, bonding and insurance requirements.
Managing special projects as required Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
) Coordinate IT vendors, office equipment contracts etc.
Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skills/
Qualifications:
Proficient in computer skills, common business applications, including email, Microsoft Excel/Word, Adobe, and accounting software.
Proven experience as office assistant or relevant role Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Ability to multi-task and work within a fast pace environment.
Capability to maintain organization and structure.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
