? Establish and monitor individual casebooks, data collection and charting systems ? Manage behavioral challenges ? Supervise and manage activities of aides assigned to the classroom ? Assure that appropriate curriculum is established and implemented ? Organize an effective classroom environment ? Administer appropriate and effective instructional strategies ? Coordinate and collaborate with related services team ? Collaborate and effectively communicate with families and external service providers ? Demonstrate professional knowledge of children with developmental disabilities ? Demonstrate professional writing skills ? Assure deadlines are met ? Adheres to the mission of Bornhava:
