The department's function for the Marketing Lead position key focus is on marketing activities within the company.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, organizing events and tradeshows, analyzing data, and collaborating with other executives.
The department's main objective is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company's marketing goals.
The Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various marketing initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and market presence.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Lead will have the following
Responsibilities:
o The ideal candidate will be responsible for responsible for supporting all local markets, including GA, MI, and others while providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.
o Team Management:
Lead and manage a team consisting of writers, videographers, and graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and alignment with marketing goals.
Delegate tasks effectively, oversee project timelines, and ensure the team's work meets quality standards and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
o Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the marketing budget and the direction of the company.
o Collaborate with the Field Based Marketing Leader and Corporate Marketing/Brand team to align marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation across all regional and national initiatives.
o Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards.
o Responsible for organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
o Analyze enrollment numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective.
o Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
o Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
o Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.
o Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities.
o Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
o Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
o Establish and grow a target market share.
o Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
o Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
o Oversee the operation of a company's website or email marketing program and provide analytics reviews.
o Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
General DutiesThe Marketing Lead will have the following duties:
o Leadership:
The Marketing Lead will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in the marketing department, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
o Strategy:
The Marketing Lead will establish the business strategy and roadmap:
(1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE.
business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services.
In establishing the business strategy, the Marketing Lead will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive the profitability of the Company.
o Collaboration:
The Marketing Lead will ensure that the marketing department capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE.
The Marketing Lead should be skilled in analytics and reporting, particularly in Excel.
Trade shows and events management are also important responsibilities.
o Knowledge:
The Marketing Lead will provide subject matter expertise in marketing solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing, solution deployment and performance evaluation.

QualificationsThe Marketing Lead should have the following
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three to five years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Strong copywriting skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with graphic design programs, such as Adobe InDesign.
No web design experience required, but a desirable quality.
