Principle Duties & Responsibilities Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking, on a local, regional, and national level.
Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level.
Focus on co-tenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space, interfacing with all tenants, vendors, and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
Canvassing national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
Assist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.
Qualifications Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
Minimum of 3
years of experience in commercial property leasing Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, and budget management Proven track record of success Benefits 401k match, paid time off, heath insurance, vision and dental Job Type:
