Entry Level HR Assistant

Position Overview:
Fetch Logistics is a rapidly growing third party logistics provider that is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Human Resources Team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college grad looking to gain experience and general HR knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle recruiting job postings, source candidates, participate in the selection process, check references, administer offers of employment
Develop and maintain a campus presence with local colleges
Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
Process new hire paperwork including form I-9
Administer and process employee benefits and record-keeping
Process termination paperwork including responding to unemployment notices
Develop and maintain social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
Assist with cultural development of the organization plan company outings and events, contribute idea to promote an employee oriented company culture
Effectively research, implement and apply policies and practices that will further the success of Fetch Logistics and its employees while maintaining legal compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
Assist management, employees, and the HR manager with relevant HR issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; Human Resources concentration strongly preferred
6 months to 1 year of professional recruiting or human resources experience strongly preferred (internship experience also considered)
Knowledge of social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter required
Highly professional demeanor with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
