The candidate will assist in transactional work, advise clients on corporate and business law issues and compliance matters, including preparation and negotiation of agreements, credit facilities, opinion letters and other documents, related research, due diligence, development and maintenance of client relationships.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
